Risalat (Prophethood of Muhammad)
The second part of the Kalima is:
مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللّٰهِ
(Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah)
This part talks about Risalat, which means believing that Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is the last messenger sent by Allah.
